Please ensure your dog has had a brief walk and toilet break beforehand. A hungry, restless, or overstimulated dog takes longer to settle. Keep the driveway or parking space clear so the studio can park safely and level.
If your dog wears a harness or collar with tags, have it ready. Share any recent veterinary notes, skin sensitivities, or behavioral cues in advance—especially fear of dryers, paw handling, or nail work. Honesty helps us pace the session correctly.
Avoid heavy meals immediately before grooming, and skip last-minute bathing at home. We will bathe with products chosen for your dog's coat. Your role is simpler: a calm handover, a quiet space nearby, and trust in a private process designed for one hound only.
